A Call to Members to Participate, Pay Subscriptions and Prepare for Elections

The Siniya Alumni Forum (SAF) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday, 5 September 2026 at 3:00 PM at Imperial Royale Hotel, Nakasero, Kampala.

The AGM is a key governance and accountability event for the Forum. It provides members with an opportunity to review the progress of SAF, consider reports, deliberate on matters affecting Kigezi College Butobere, elect office bearers and members of the Executive Committee, and agree on the strategic direction of the Forum.

The elections are particularly significant because the SAF Constitution provides for elected office bearers to serve a two-year term, with an elected Executive Committee member limited to a maximum of two consecutive terms.

Members who wish to serve SAF through the Executive Committee are encouraged to prepare early.

The Constitution provides that Ordinary Members have the right to elect or be elected or appointed to the Executive Committee or any other sub-committee of the Forum.
